LasCrucesLuxury.com is the website of Dustie Carpenter, Associate Broker of Prosper Real Estate, 4440 N Sonoma Ranch Blvd Ste E, Las Cruces, NM 88011. This notice says what we collect when you use the site and what we do with it.
What you send us
When you request a showing or send an inquiry, we receive what you type: your name, email address, phone number if you give one, your message, and the listing you were looking at. We use it to reply to you and to arrange what you asked for. We do not sell it or share it for advertising.
What is recorded automatically
Our multiple listing service requires websites that display its listings to keep a record of visits. For each page viewed we record the time, the page, the internet address and browser of the device, the country it connected from, and the page that linked to ours. We keep this record for about thirteen months and then delete it. We use it only to meet that requirement and to keep the site secure.
Services that help run the site
- Cloudflare hosts the site and the photographs, stores your requests with encryption, and protects the forms from abuse.
- Cloudflare and Microsoft 365 carry the email that delivers your request to us.
- OpenFreeMap and unpkg supply the map. Your browser contacts these services directly when a map loads, so they see your device's internet address.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to broker@lascruces.luxury or calling 575-650-1087. We may need to keep records that real estate license law requires a brokerage to keep.
Changes
If this notice changes, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date.
